KITUTU MASABA – In a spectacular display of talent and tenacity, Kitutu Masaba Technical and Vocational College (TVC) has firmly planted its flag on the regional sports map. The college’s women’s ball games team soared to victory at the recent Lake Region championships, clinching the coveted title and earning a ticket to the National Championships.
The atmosphere was electric as the determined women’s squad dominated the competition, showcasing exceptional skill and teamwork to emerge as champions. Their historic win was celebrated by a proud contingent of students and staff. While the women’s team brought home the gold, the men’s team also delivered a strong and commendable performance, battling their way to the quarter-finals and demonstrating the rising competitive spirit across all college teams.
The moment of triumph was graced by the presence of the College Principal, Mr. Nyakundi, who was a vocal and enthusiastic supporter from the sidelines. The championship trophy was presented by Dr. Akolla of the Kisii National Polytechnic, adding a note of prestige to the victory.
An visibly elated Principal Nyakundi heaped praise on the champion team. “I am incredibly proud of our young women.
